Writing Annual Business Goals

How many times have you heard it?  "If you don't measure it, you can't manage it!"    Still, people either fail to write their business goals, or write them so poorly that it's not clear what or how to measure. 

In this program, we take direction from the top of the organization and ensure that individual goals flow from there.  We work together to document each goal in a constructive, measurable manner.  Extra effort is made to set goals to measure the unmeasurable when intangibles are critical to mission success. 

Further, we establish timelines with milestones for each goal, and we have each participant anticipate and plan for obstacles that inevitably arise.  Finally, a schedule for follow-up will be implemented to keep participants on track throughout the year.

By the End of the Program Participants Will:

Write their business goals in a positive, constructive manner that supports senior management business objectives.

Re-write effective goals to measure the unmeasurable.

Outline plans and milestones to achieve those goals.

Plan appropriately for the likely roadblocks that they will invariably encounter.
