Leading Change

Too often, important business changes are implemented in companies with little regard to the impact on the employees that are affected.  As a result, any variety of challenges ensue.  With planning, forethought, and a systematic approach, most of those challenges can be avoided, allowing for a smoother, and often faster, change.  Unlike many other fields, the models for change leadership each have a lot in common with each other.  We cover the prominant models and lay out a strong case for a disciplined approach.
