Crisis Management
“Too little, too late.” We hear this all the time after a trauma hits the workplace. Everyone thinks that “it couldn’t happen here,” leaving even the best of the best unprepared when workplace trauma strikes. After an accident, violence, suicide, surprising death or robbery, business simply doesn’t go on as usual. Medical claims and absenteeism skyrocket. Why? The on-site professionals that the employees count on were prepared for ‘normal’ workplace challenges, but even they were unsure how to help their employees through such traumas.
Comfortably handle debriefing basics so they can assess the extent of the workplace trauma when a crisis occurs.
