Dealing with Difficult People
Nobody wants to be difficult and some people are not even aware that they are difficult - others, make a conscious effort - whatever the case may be - each of us needs to deal with everyone. Sometimes, we are the one who is difficult and we don’t even realize it! At this session, we learn to recognize and deal with disruptive behavior so we can counteract it - and change things for the better. By understanding the needs of different stereotypes, we can develop strategies to overcome and develop more predictable outcomes.
