Diane has an outstanding ability to facilitate and empower individual and organizational change in clients through Coaching, and Learning & Development processes. These processes incorporate her experience in organizational settings of many types and sizes and her successful career in Marketing and General Management prior to launching her consulting business.

She has a proven track record in taking complex situations and challenges, analyzing them into their essential causes and designing learning tools that are practical and effective in driving change. She has the organizational knowledge and experience as well as the ability to create learning processes and tools that empower managers and leaders to drive desired change.

Her style as a coach and talent development specialist blends humor & substance, high level issues & practical daily tools, and high vision blended with daily action. Her faith in the capacity of people to achieve is contagious and clients of various organizations she has worked with report results beyond anything they had thought possible.

A self-made Ivy League graduate from humble beginnings, she has the versatility and natural talent to relate to and establish rapport with a wide diversity of people of every level and type of work. Her blue-chip career began in product management at S.C. Johnson Wax where she handled industry favorites like Glade, OFF! and Raid. She then advanced to McCormick Spice Company as new products manager. Later, she joined the Durkee-French Foods division of Reckitt & Colman, managing French's and Colman's mustard lines. At these organizations, Diane also created and facilitated successful leading-edge programs in marketing and management.

In 1992 Diane founded her company, Advanced Leadership Group. Her client list includes Dow Jones, GlaxoSmithKline, The Prudential, Pfizer, BASF, SEIU, The Journal of Commerce, the City of Summit, Johnson & Johnson, Alcan Aluminum, Innogenetics, Inc., J.F. Shea Construction, PathTech Software Solutions, Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., BI Source, American Red Cross, Parette Somjen Architects, United Water, Quest Diagnostics, politicians, executives, and others too numerous to list.

Besides her experience as a Leadership Development and Motivational speaker at corporate sales and business meetings, Diane has also distinguished her career with her engaging lectures on personal development. She has been a guest lecturer at the State University of New York at Binghamton, Rutgers and various universities throughout Mexico.  She currently instructs Leadership to adult learners at Farleigh Dickinson University.

After graduating cum laude with a BA in economics, Diane received an MBA in marketing from the Cornell Graduate School of Management. She is an honored member of International Who's Who and appears in the National Directory of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. She has also been chosen Woman of the Year by the American Business Women's Association-Morris County Chapter, MVP of the Parsippany, NJ Area Chamber of Commerce and is the 2007 recipient of the prestigious Ralph Ganger Award from her professional association, NNJ-ASTD.

Diane believes that service is a key responsibility of leaders. She has actively supported numerous charities and is often a pro bono speaker for groups and associations throughout the U.S. Additionally, she has served as a Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, as President of the Parsippany (NJ) Area Chamber of Commerce, and as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts.
