This program provides an intense system of skill sharpening to equip participants with the ability to understand style differences and to develop greater style versatility.
By the End of the Program Participants Will:
Solve problems by clarifying the real issues.
Use a simple tool to evaluate others’ behavioral style on the fly.
Recognize the basic behavioral styles and how these styles impact everything from word choice to work habits.
Develop strategies to maintain positive relationships.
Separate style from substance and evaluate communication from others accordingly.
