In this program participants learn a strategic communication system that enhances their ability to listen and to be heard. The system is a powerful tool that has dramatic impact on the skills of all those who use it.

This system, which focuses on when to listen, when to talk and what to say, includes a model and a matrix. Participants learn exactly when to use each approach and readily remember the activities that lead to more goal-oriented communication .
