     based mentoring program.

2.  Design the essential elements of the mentoring
     program with respect to mentors, mentees,
     communication, length of time, management
     commitment, and auditing process.

3.  Discuss performance management criteria and
     establish a mentor orientation program.

4.  Develop guidelines for program implementation.

5.  Establish a feedback process including both
     formal and informal methods of communication
     and assessment.
