Performance Management
At the core of every Manager’s job responsibility is the development of their people. During this program we will explore what managers needs to do to meet the needs of their staff. For many managers, annual performance appraisals are an 'event' that they agonize their way through and don't think about for another year. We work with them until they realize that real performance management is a constructive process that occurs every day all year.
