Project Leadership

Too often, project leaders are instructed in a myriad of analytical tools that are designed help them manage their project.  In truth, there is no software tool or technique that can substitute for solid project leadership skills.  In learning all the latest and greatest tools, many project leaders have become impersonal managers that expect people to be led by technology.  It simply doesn't work.

This program is designed to get your project leaders back to the basics of excellent project leadership.  There's a tremendous effort on establishing the project vision and goals with the team, and on the critical importance of consistent communication throughout the organization.

By the End of the Program Participants Will:

Discuss improvement opportunities with respect to leading projects and identify new approaches.

Feel the behavioral challenges people face when under stress. Recognize them and identify constructive methods to handle them.

Use a disciplined approach to leading a project and discuss ways to adapt it and use it at your organization.

Experience the issues that colleagues face and see their perspective.
